Excellent food and service, cool vibe.
This is a relatively new cafe in Toms River that appears to be connected to the local Cross fit gym. They have a range of baked goods, coffee drinks as well as wraps, acai bowls and protein drinks. I have tried several foods items and it's ok, not bad but not exceptional. The coffee drinks are good and I usually get that. If you don't see the staff behind the counter call into the kitchen.
Vegan wrap is delicious. Desserts are crazy good, home baked by one of the owners. And the open mic on Tuesdays is so much fun that it's my favorite night of the week.
Really nice coffee shop. It was a little confusing when we walked in because you have to find your way all the way to the back to order, and it's down a long hallway. The menu is pretty basic, but it gets the job done
