I've been going here with my subaru outback since the place opened. All of a sudden today I was charged an additional $2 fee for an SUV. I've never had that additional charge before. There are other carwashes in town that don't charge me extra. Looks like I'll be using Tom's River carwash from now on.
Their highest package is not up to par.
Talked into"The Works" package. What a waist of money. After tip I paid close to $30. I got home and had to wash my car myself! They didn't vacuum my seats (which are leather, so it's really easy). My 3 year old would have done a better job. I got there 30 min before closing and basically had to wake everyone up, guess that's why I got such a poor cleaning. This is my 2nd bad experience which is why I'm giving one star and a negative review. Save your money and go to a different place.
Quantity over Quality here... the windshield is still covered with waterspots. Cup holders we're not cleaned, as well as by the E brake(I'll attach photo) The buttons on doors still have a light dust on them, they were not even wiped. Steering wheel untouched. Screen has dust in the edges. Trunk jam still filled with leaves. List would go on.

Had to go. Through wash 2 times to get it done right. 1st time I showed them the dirt and they denied it was dirt. Had to make them re do it
