If you chose to appeal, you have to comply with the New Jersey Court rules regarding the appeal. See R. 2:4-1 R. 2:5-1 through R. 2:5-6.

Here’s my theory: The Secretary and Investigator collaborated with the Respondent to delay the investigation/report until after the defense in my case successfully filed a Motion to Compel.

Rob, I mailed the grievance this morning.
I was under the impression that your Motion to Enforce was adjourned until 18 Nov 2016. I courtesy copied you in the letter stating that I would fly up to Jersey if Rob failed to represent me and tell Judge Goldman that I have a pending grievance.
Received Defenses Motion to Enforce Settlement in the mail.

However, when I contacted the defense directly saying that I would fly up and kept them appraised of the grievance investigation...it threw a wrench in the plan.
I no longer wish to be represented by the Fuggi Law Firm.
On November 29, 2016, I sent the Investigator a transcript of all email communication between myself and the Respondent since filing the grievance on September 6, 2016.
If you don't respond by 0930 tomorrow I will be forced to courtesy copy Mr. Carroll on future correspondence. At this point....it's kinda the only way I can protect myself from you. I submitted a grievance over 75 days ago that hasn't been looked at yet. My hands are tied....what am I supposed to do?
I will fly up if you refuse to represent me and inform the judge we have a pending grievance.
