What can a guy possibly say about Victoria's Secret? Nice selection of all the clothes us guys wish our girlfriends would wear. Boy am I going to get some flak over that one.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! Have never had any "bad luck" with this store before but today i went in, i had bought the new Incredible bra and i noticed it had a rip in it so i was going in to exchange it. I looked in the store for my size but they did not have it. So i went up to the counter and just asked for a refund, the employee called over her manager and the manager said "Well what about trying a different size?" "Can i measure you?" So i allowed her to do so, she tried to tell me that i am a 38B which i am not. That i do know for a fact. She measured me at my bust for my BAND size! Which is wrong. You are not supposed to do so. I tried on a 38B knowing it was NOT going to fit, sure enough it was GIANT. I explained again that i just wanted to get a refund, the woman THEN asked if i wanted it in another color. I said NO i want it in the nude, NOT blue, or gray, or black, etc. I bought it in nude, it was ripped it is your responsibility as a company to replace your damaged product! She then told me that the bra had ripped since it was too small. The bra was NOT too small and i hadn't even worn it yet!!!! Finally i was able to get my money back after all that aggravation. All i had asked to do is return it! I didn't ask for a fitting or if they had another color, i wanted my money and that was IT! I left the store VERY frustrated. The manager there RUINED my whole night that's how rude and aggravating she was. I almost forgot to mention how after she had spoken to me and while another employee was giving me my money back, she went over to another employee and began discussing my bra size!!! I found it very rude, almost like high school. She was talking about me right in front of me!!! I could not even believe this woman!
