I spoke with Sharon at Dalton's. She was cheery, bright and very helpful with my flower order's. She looked up the name of the hospital to confirm my brother-in-law was still there. She assured me that the arrangements would be delivered that afternoon. Dalton's has a 800 number which made it easier to make the call from Texas.
