Master Hussey and staff are top notch in all aspects of the martial arts. His knowledge of the martial arts is second to none. The second you walk in they will you feel at home. Educational, fun & a family atmosphere, I can't say enough good things about the entire staff you will love it here.
I started training under Master Greg when I was 5 years old and Evolution Martial Arts was "Manchester Karate Academy" and I trained for about 11 years and I hold a first degree black belt. I moved away and hadn't been back in about 5 years now but when I dropped in to say hello recently the family atmosphere was like I had never left! The EVO difference is that they have so much passion for the traditional martial arts they teach AND the drive they have to make karate so fun and rewarding for all students. Students don't want to just move up the ranks, they want to PROVE they deserve every rank they receive to ultimately hold the coveted black belt. (Which I might add is by far my most proud accomplishment). Master Greg and all of the instructors have so much drive to make the best martial artists out of every student they train and they will work past any obstacle a student may face, let that be physical or mental. The programs they have are amazing and there is something for everyone.
Top notch facility with excellent kids and adult programs! Whether you are an experienced martial artist or have never stepped on a mat before, they will immediately make you feel like you are part of their martial arts family. Highly recommended!
Master Hussey is a life long practitioner of the Martial Arts. I personally have watched him aspire from a young child working very hard in the dojo, to the successful instructor and school owner he is today. Master Hussey not only is a leading edge instructor, but has a successful competitive career too. This can be seen in the students he produces, who currently compete across the United States in NASKA, KTOF and NBL. You cannot go wrong training here and or having your kids train with Master Hussey.
