Worst place ever went on a Sunday to get physical and tb test waited over an hour before anyone acknowledge I was there and was told I had to make any appointment through the company that was sending me even though I made it with the seceritay on a Thursday. If I didn’t need my yearly physical I’d would have told them to bugger off especially after fighting with this crazy front desk person after making an appointment and pointing out that it said walk ins welcome which I was not. And I still didn’t get to get what I needed for work so now I got to have hr call n set that up for me. What a crock and a waste of a great Sunday morning
Very friendly people. They were quick to see us, yet took their time to care for my daughter while we were in town visiting my mom. Highly recommend.
I didn't have a long wait, even without an appointment. The staff was friendly, and the doctor was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It's where I go when my regular doctor isn't available, especially convenient if I need to be seen and it's a weekend day. Plus, the co-pay isn't that much more for me.
horrible experience. 3 hour wait....Big sign: Cash or Credit ONLY. Paid with cash and they gave ME a hard time bc they couldn't make change?? All of them had bad attitudes. Doctor orders blood work from Lab corp next door, forgets to include my Cholesterol...blood tests come back in 2 days Dr doesn't even bother to call had to figure it all out myself on Lab Corps portal....Still waiting for a call back explanation for 2 days now. Attitudes every time you call. AVOID THIS PLACE. A total mockery of the health care system....better off in a 2nd world country hospital...UPDATE: Just received a bill for the $11.00 they waived bc the could make exact change for my cash transaction...unbelievable
1.5 hrs only 3 patients called! 12 people still in the waiting room.
