Awesome place with a good selection of beds. Ask for Charlie, he will hook you up with the best possible prices. Loving my new bed, got exactly what I wanted.
There are so many details to this awful experience and I know nobody really wants to know every one of them, but essentially it came down to a new sales man making promises to me, (HI, I'm the customer) that the company wouldn't keep. "Oooops, our bad - but he was new here and didn't know what he was talking about" Uh, I'm also new here, because I'm the customer. So, four in-store visits, countless phone calls, one month and over a $1.5k later, I'm stuck with a mattress I don't want, and the guys at the shop, on the phone and up the chain offering MANY apologies - which are actually not all that helpful for sleeping.
Lots of choices, Charlie was great and answer all our questions, I already recommend this place to a coworker

It would have been an easy fix for them - I'm reasonable, and ready to be adaptable. They refused to make it right, but offered to do me the favor of selling me another mattress. Sadly, no, not kidding.

Visited Mattress Warehouse and was shown mattresses in my price range. Was then shown a sleep pattern analyzer. This device determined what type of mattress would be best for me. I was then shown mattresses in my price range that was consistent with my analysis. I found the one that was best for us and found it to be very comfortable. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and find it very good. CIndy the sales rep was so very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to her she made a probably difficult decision, easy.
Extraordinarily poor experience here. If you're thinking, "I should support my local brick + mortar stores. Also, it's tough to buy a mattress online. So I'm going to Mattress Warehouse", then my friend - JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
