We have had our house up for sale for over a month now and have only talked to our realitor maybe once or twice.We had no problems with her coming over in the beginning and signing those papers that she will be receiving 5% commission and putting up those signs and taking pictures.That was the last time we saw her.Im sure if the house was worth 500,000 she would be in contact a lot more because of the commission.I wish we never signed that contract at this point we could have sold it ourselves all Leaftree does is puts on the computer and waits.If there is a way we could fire this company we will,we are trying to find out how now because nothing seems to be being done to sell our house.I would never recommend this company to sell your house.I have looked on Zillow and saw that over 200 people have looked at my house but have heard nothing.Im thinking there will be only one open house and if it doesnt sell we are stuck.This was a big mistake we should have used a more reputable company I have never heard of this company or do I see signs "house for sale" with the Leaftree logo
