Table off 5 after my father's funeral. Our waitress gave us such an attitude and was disrespectful and even blurted out Jesus Christ when she had to wait a moment to put food down until someone got it off the booth to use the restroom. We asked for another waitress and the manager. The manager came over and asked what happened, we told him and he said I'm sorry, I'll talk to her. He then smiled apologized again and said he just walks around apologizing all night. You wouldn't have to apologize if you had a better staff. Lisa was the worst waitress EVER. For the rest of the night Lisa walked around joking about it and laughing with her friends. I'll never come back here.
Very bad experience. We payed the Waiter Mike more than the check came out to and asked for change back. Waiter Mike brought us our payed receipts and we noticed five dollars was missing. We figured it was just an accident so we called him over and he got nervous and counted up the money we gave him and subtracted what we were supposed to get and proved himself wrong but justified it anyway. I said thank you and went up to hostess and asked to speak to the manager. I hate being that person as much as anyone does but I had to. I told the manager the story and he was completely unprofessional. He laughed as if I was joking and wasn’t paying attention to the details I was explaining. He left us and went to talk to Mike. After ten minutes he came back with the five dollars and brushed off what he had done and tried to act like the waiters action wasn’t THAT bad. Very unprofessional. Mike was great guy but it stinks that he was dishonest. We were planning on leaving a very good tip because we liked him. You just lost five customers.
We had such great dinners and we picked them from the 2 for $20 menu what could be better than that you ask? Oh yeah a really nice waitress!
