They don't try to sell unnecessary services and the charts they have explaining fluid levels in the waiting area -- and on the sheets they hand out -- are really helpful.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, management likely pushes them to try and get you to buy expensive repairs that while could be justified are not always necessary. They seem thorough with their *free* inspection during the oil change so if there is a problem they will alert you to it, and you are not forced to buy the repair so I like the service. I would recommend them for oil changes, other stuff they are probably ok, but you are gonna have to pay up.
