What an embarrassment to the banking industry.
Horrible experience with this branch. I needed to have a check from an insurance claim endorsed by the Bank. The so-called manager, nor the other "platform" staff had any idea on how to help me. Instead they let me sit and tried to hard sell me all kinds of products. After I finally lost my patience and felt literally like a prisoner, I asked for my check back. I proceeded to figure it out on my own. I will not only not open any accounts with this bank, I am going to refinance my mortgage WITH ANOTHER BANK!!

This is the worst bank in existence. The manager Holly Bloom is the laziest person I ever met. I do not nor will I ever bank at BoA. For a few customers in front of me all Holly did the menial work on each transaction and then schlepped off the the remainder of the transaction to Elzie. This is how I got shorted by .44 cents. Holly's attitude was it was her job to educate me on how to move, withdraw my money easier. And she recommends me oping an account with BoA. Then she refused to off load (she called is a cash advance) my State of NJ Disability payment because my card was not signed nor was the activate sticker removed from the card. All I wanted way my disability money. I did not want a lecture or "education" It's incompetence like this is why I will NEVER bank at BoA.
