Pathetic, applied to chase to reduce mortgage payment. While I was applying to New Jersey for my bankruptcy. Chase did not see I was under and all they cared about was getting my payment, they mentioned I made enough. What a bunch of idiots, in the courts eyes I was under. If I didn't have to go through the red tape I would switch banks. Shame on these jackasses!!!!!
As a chase private client member I am deeply disturbed by the lack of customer service I just received. The team behind the window was extremely rude and the woman rolled her eyes when I asked her if there’s was a private client person I could speak to. She told me I “was like everyone else” and needed to wait (her name was abina). I have no issue waiting but considering how rude they were it was insane. The woman who finally took care of me was really nice but had no name tag so I can’t even acknowledge her.
Friendly, helpful, transactions go smoothly.
Drive through service is very slow. But I always go back to see Lila the banker! She's the best!
This branch is very disorganized and frequently is unhelpful. They believe no is the best answer. So much for customer service.
