While a small office, the team there must all be 'in training' with the exception of ONE male employee who appears to be the only one who seems to have any further knowledge beyond whatever information these agents are given on screen using their mouse and keyboard. Every agent there was consistently appraching him with questions, to review what they were doing or to make changes to a loan they were in progress of...that doesn't exactly encourage confidence in a business or brand.
I feel every time I've called, their rep doesn't offer full, correct answers and is quick to "tell you" rather than to actually listen to what his customer is asking of him.
It also seems that their 'policies' are consistently changing and more paperwork needs to be filed/changed, but inconveniently, you can ONLY do so in the office. (Even something as simple as changing a reoccuring monthly billing date, which any other business allows you to do with ease over the phone or online on their website using a login) This isn't very customer friendly, and behind todays mondern business pratices in my opinion.
Overall, again, it's a loan office. I don't expect much. BUT what I do expect, (and what every consumer SHOULD expect from a reputable business) they do NOT preform well with. Their team seems dysfunctional at best.
However, I DO expect great customer service. I DO expect to have a knowledable staff present and available to answer any questions regarding payments, policies and options available to me... Which I feel, they do NOT have at this office.
It's a loan agency, they aren't going to give you an amazing rate, or the best deals. Ever.
