However, we left the store on Thursday with no decision. We went home and discussed the set we saw and how it would fit in our home. Later that day we called Robin and told her that we would be in on Saturday. She welcomed us and we completed the order. We cannot say enough about Robin except that she is an amazing saleswoman, who really knows her product and knows how to treat people.
and most of all, she listened to all our needs and concerns. Her character is exactly what anyone wants in a salesperson.
I expected below average help from the usual discount store salesperson, but I got lucky. I got Robin Graham! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and a great listener but it was refreshing that she was not the pushy clowns I usually have to deal with! She knew the products and gently steered me away from the lesser quality items that she knew wouldn't meet my needs. I have 7 grandkids that will be a challenge to anything I buy. I highly recommend Robin for anyone who is looking for good furniture at a great price. She is my go to saleswoman for life! I trust her and know she will always give me the best deal.
