NOT a Thrift shop, NO bargains here, this is a consignment/antique shop. I got yelled at for taking pictures, the lady said something about "people copying her store"??? I dunno why anyone even needs to copy someone's antique/collectables/consignment shop, but, there ya go. She relaxed when I said the photos were for google maps, but the interaction was quite off-putting.
Great antique store always something new great prices
It's a big place, mostly furniture & housewares, a lot of tacky glass & ceramic figurines, lots of stuff behind glass displays, some framed paintings/prints, toys, videos, etc, BUT, all way over-priced IMO. I will not bother to go back, it's not the kind of place to find a unique bargain.
If you love to browse and buy items from bygone eras this is the place to go. There are a number of rooms, each filled in every corner and cubbyhole with unusual treasures.
I'd say their dish collection is ridiculous. Anything you'd want, see the pictures. I decided to stop taking them because there was too much to show!
They wouldn't sell me something that was priced $4 because the sales associate said it looked "more expensive" than 4 dollars. We asked them repeatedly to call the supposedly owner of the consignment piece and, instead, they said that they would sell it to me for $20 which was $16 more than it was priced. I don't trust businesses that don't sell their items for the amount they priced them so I can assure you my money and the people I know money's will never get there.
They had a "men's room" (not a bathroom) that was full of collectible toys and tools. All of it was 35% off.
The inside of this place is WAY bigger than i expected. The prices were on the upper end of acceptable, not ridiculous, but we decided not to buy anything anyway.
