Jane and Kevin the owners of Jknails Toms river are two of the nicest people that you can ever meet polite down-to-earth their facility is clean and their staff are just as polite Netti absolutely love her work she does everything by hand to answer questions for you they're patient with you I have been going to JK nails for almost 3 years and they do impeccable jobs I've never had a complaint I've never had to come back and had to nail fixed or retouched my eyebrows come out wonderful every time thank you Nettie Holly is a wonderful person she also does nails all the staff is great there five stars two hands up to them love you guys shara DeFranza
Worst customer service ever! I never complain or write bad reviews but when you spend $40 to get your daughter's nails done, you hope they would last longer than a few hours. They literally peeled off their nails in sheets. When I went back to get a refund, she insisted my children made it happen because "you don't know what the kids do with their hands"!!! Extremely rude and offensive! I would never go back!
They were very nice but this was the worst polish I've ever gotten. A toddler would have been neater. I'm sorry, I treated myself to this, after a very difficult few.months, and am now wiping away tears, and preparing to remove this mess and do my toes over. So much for flushing 23.00 down the toilet. Never again.
I have been getting my nails done at Jk nails for the past five years by Jane and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Jane, Kevin and staff do a great job and are super friendly... I highly recommend them.
