Ketti and Gemsmith has done incredible work in my 16 years of doing business with them! Gemsmith designed and made a beautiful engagement and wedding ring for my wife using diamonds from her mother’s wedding ring. After 16 years it served her well until a bad fall happened and the rings needed to be cut off her finger. Thankfully Ketti and my wife came up with a new ring design and restored her rings into a beautiful new setting! Ketti also appraised the damage to the old rings and the cost of the new rings so that I received a full claim from my insurance. If it wasn’t for Ketti asking if the rings were insured I would have never thought to make a claim. She also made a beautiful new Infinity wedding ring for me as well! Aside from creating a perfect ring on the basis of my very rough idea, she was also able to restore an heirloom piece of jewelry that had a big sentimental value for my family. My grandmother’s antique diamond ring fell apart and another jeweler did a poor job of repairing it. We were convinced the ring will never be the same, but took it to Ketti simply to ask if anything can be done. Without having any frame of reference, other than my murky recollection, she was able to restore this ring to its original design perfectly!
