ZERO STAR RATING!!!!! I Completely agree with the first review my boyfriend bought me a ring there for Christmas of 2016 I brought it back the next day to be sized December 26th the lady that was sizing my finger to get my ring size was very very rude and it is now January 23 and I still don't have my ring back when I was supposed to be able to pick it up on the Jan 17 2017!!!!! That was 5 days ago -___-
I completely agree with the first review.... will not be going to zales ever again... Lesson learned
If I could give this a zero star rating I would my boyfriend took me there a month ago to pick out a ring it was suppose to be a surprise but he needed to get me sized it was sent out on Dec 1st to get resized and we still don't have it back but was told it would only be a week than it was two weeks now it's it'll be done the 22nd but I highly doubt it will be and this was suppose to be done before Christmas their customers service is horrible every time you call to check on it the woman Mary who answers always has an attitude and is rude I will never purchase anything from them again
