Needed help moving an hour away, the first U-Haul location I went to felt like talking to a robot. I came to this place hoping to get better service and I did!! Paula actually walked outside and showed me the trucks and took time to give me advice and tips on moving. She made this whole process so easy and painless.
I've rented several uhauls over the last 10 years from different locations. This store is by far the best. The location and process is very easy and smooth. The best part is the staff and manger who are amazing, Brandie in particular was incredibly nice and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend renting from here even if you have to pay/drive more.
People make the difference here. Very nice facility.
