Also typically Wendy's, they are stingy with the chili sauce. One would think the packets were made from real gold.
One missing bacon, one with onion and pickle, and one with no ketchup. Like I get it and understand that minimum wage employees aren’t paid much to think. But I also understand that when I don’t eat some where very often, I expect my food of all things to be correct. So I’m rating this restaurant poor for the service received as a customer and will no longer be returning to Wendy’s again, as this tops the cake for the last time I was there 6 months ago for the same BS that was done before. Get it together wendys, McDonald’s And Burger King are gonna blow you out the water.

The worst food service establishment I’ve ever been to. I asked for 3 of there 4 for $4’s with JBC with just cheese and ketchup only and got 3 different burgers.
Kevin working the drive through is in need of remedial customer service training. Also you conveniently forgot to give me a receipt with my order. Fortunately the food was great.
Tell me how I order my food... pull up to the window, pay for the food, then get handed 6 bucks which is not at all the cost of what I ordered... and told they don’t have anything I ordered... my friends car was behind us in line so I got out and got in my friends car and asked what they got to eat and turns out they both got the same exact thing as me and actually received their food?.... uhmmmm so why couldn’t I get my food again... like what’s good with y’all over here at this Wendy’s?..
Wendy's is one of our go to for a quick delicious meal - near home or on the road. We've never been disappointed in the food nor the restaurant cleanliness or the employees' performance. We actually look forward to seeing your cashier Susan when we do visit. She is very friendly and always greets us with a smile making us feel welcomed. If I dine inside she always finds time to walk around asking if you need anything (refills or condiments). Especially my extra pickles. She knows I love my extra pickles lol. You definitely have yourself a hard working employee that takes interest in her customers needs. Thank you Susan.
Typical Wendy's, which means that unlike the one on Rt. 70, it's good. I used to find the food at Wendy's to be expensive, but as BK and McD's have moved into the realm of certain sandwiches being priced in the $6 - $8 range, the value is starting to show in connection with the quality.
