Good For if your looking for a tax deduction from 7% to 3% it's home depot they usually have everything and competitive pricing
The only standing store is Homedepot that actually pulls in customers. The rest is entirely empty as most stores that were in the shopping center either went out of business or relocated. The only recent addition to this place is 'See The Rim' which is a basket ball training center (not a store). Overall this shouldn't even be considered a 'shopping center' as the only thing left is Homedepot and a large empty lot.
Would be a good place if they had more shops. Most places closed. Only a few shops left. Home Depot is the main store. If it wasn't for them I don't think anyone would go there.
As a shopping center it is a ghost town. The only really viable merchant is Home Depot. I think half of the square footage available is empty!
What's to say? Needs a makeover. Home Depot main tenant.
