I'm pretty sure the other commenters are talking about Ocean County mall, on Hooper... Toms River "Mall" is nothing more than a Big Lots and a bunch of random stores in a strip mall. Look at street view if you want to verify...
Big lots is the big store there. A lot of parking. Old strip mall from the 80s.
Fine not that much too say there's not a lot if your looking for a mall go to the Ocean County Mall it expensive but nice
