Excellent Vetrinarians who are compassionate and reasonable. Thus far my Pit Bull has been seen by Doctor Samantha Ritzer on 5 occasions due to allergies and ear/uti infections and spay surgery was done by Doctor Rachel Tickton. She is an older dog so there were some issues that are subsiding and she is healing well. The office staff, technicians and all involved are kind and professional and return calls quickly when needed to answer a question. I was new to the area and needed a trustworthy Vet asap. I chose TR Animal Hospital because of their past reputation and 4.5 star ratings on Google and Yelp. If you do not have a Pit Bull you won't understand this but my dog trusts them. :)
After bringing our cat there with an ear infection and an upset belly, and telling them that i am on a very limited income..they proceeded to charge me $85 for a pepcid shot. I couldve gave him an over the counter pepcid....very disappointed and will be taking my cats elsewhere
Good attentive, caring staff. Have been going here with my Yorkie for several years and well satisfied. Not sure if their Well Care Program is worth the money.
I would like give the highest praise to veterinarian Samantha ritzer for her compassionate caring and most knowledge approach for our dog Bailey Ulmer. She and the doctors of Toms River veterinary gave us devastating news of cancer, but acted as quickly as possible with all the necessary tests, and recommended us to a wonderful oncologist and surgeons. I am happy too say Bailey has had his surgery and is home with his family and resting. If if wasn't for Dr Samantha we would not know what to do. Thank you Dr Samantha Ritzer and everyone involved.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. My dog's vet is very caring and knowledgeable.
