Went to this dealership because they had larger stock than dealer closer to home that wanted to sell me a demo with extras I did not want. Found the vehicle with options I preferred. Salesman (Ralph) was respectful, courteous and efficient with my time. Even allowed me day loaner to allow serious no-pressure consideration of vehicle, show family, confirm it fits in garage. Still had the age-old pricing game with some GMC incentives not applying to all (tastes of group discrimination to me even though clearly written as a policy); perhaps more a GMC corporate issue than dealership. We should be able to get past that hurdle in the car buying experience.
Tommy hooked me up with a beautiful car it's been a few weeks now and I'm still in love with the car. Tommy helped me to find what I was looking for in a car, and was patient in helping me find the one I wanted. Once I found "the one" he helped me out throughout the buying process. He waited till I was done in finance to congratulate me. Overall wonderful experience NOT like the past salesmen and dealerships i went to before hand. I'll only buy a car from Tommy from now on.
First GMC purchase was made at the TR location with Tommy Bowen. I was very nervous going from a sports car to an SUV, however, I must say, I’ve had the car for 2 months now and am SO happy with the purchase. What sold me were the people at that location. Customer service is HUGE for me and they constantly worked on making me feel comfortable and I did not feel pressured. Tommy was very responsive and not pushy, the gentleman (sorry I forgot your name!) who helped me with the paperwork was thorough and quick. It was the first time I was in & out of a dealership without having to spend all day there and I felt more then a customer. I will definitely be recommending that location and going back for my next car in a few years! Kudos to the team in TR!
I purchased a Buick from Lester Glenn in Sept 2017, and I'm happy I did! I had been searching for the right vehicle and the right dealership and I am so grateful I found Lester Glenn. Car shopping is not my fave thing to do. I equate it to the horrible sounds of nails on a chalkboard! However, my sales person Ralph Grande made it a wonderful experience. As a matter of fact, all of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. I am happy to be a part of the Buick family and I highly recommend the Lester Glenn dealership!
