Do not buy a car here, this place is the epitome of what a bad car dealership is. Their finance department are criminals I would not recommend this place to anybody. They pulled the finance scam on me took my car in as a trade in and then tried to charge me more money for financing and get more of a down payment then took the car back. It took them a month to get my trade in back and when I got it it needed $1,800 worth of brake service. This place is as crooked as they come. If I can give it a 0 star rating I would. Do not trust them there's plenty of other Cadillac dealers around that treat their customers properly.
I can't say enough great things about Sue Reynolds and Mark Stango. While I am still in the process of buying, they have done, and are doing, everything and anything that I need during the process of switching jobs and having to show income to "the bank..." (Not fond of the banks...) in order to get me into a new Nissan Sentra. Car buying, as you know, is a very trying experience. Pine Belt has worked, and is continuing to work in harmony with me as well as their other resources in order to help me get what I need, and what I want. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I brought in a referral and i worked a deal with Mark Stango, I was promised a $1800.00 referral fee, When it came time to pay me of course they "do not remember anything about my fee". A bunch of CROOKS!! On top of that, my client was horrified by the horrible service they gave him! Plates came late, they gave him heavy attitude, and nothing was smooth. I can tell you one thing, DO NOT GO NEAR THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP.
