I arranged a 3-way rental for my father after he had surgery and needed a power lift recliner for a few weeks. Living out of state and renting for my family in state created added complexity to my order. I was so pleasantly surprised how easy Mike was to work with and was impressed by his patience. He couldn't have been more kind and eager to help; even texted detailed photos of the chair since I couldn't see it in person. The recliner was delivered as promised at the time stated, and served its purpose. On the return end, it was also easy to arrange to have the furniture picked up which will be done this week. I would absolutely recommend this company and am shocked by the other reviews. Not my experience at all!
This place is a joke. The woman working called me up told me my references answered and she can take an over the phone payment and I could come pick up what I was trying to purchase, I let her know I'm going to be there close to closing time and she replied no problem. I get there and she tells me no references answered, I called my references and she never made any calls what so ever! Lazy people
