Not only do I now have a bad experience with Tmobile but this store in particular I will not go to. They are not a corporate store. There is always a wait and when someone is finally available they cant even help you with your issues. Word of advice: take the extra 10/20 minutes to a corporate store and stay away from this one.
All the Associates are very nice.
Came here to replace phones over the past 5 years for mt kids and myself. Usually men in the store, no women. Just an observation. They are courteous and helpful.
Not many in store options for phones and the service can be really slow. Better off going to the Ocean County Mall store.
Awful experience. I will gladly drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid ever going back to this store.
