TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! I made an appointment for 2pm....I arrived at 1:55pm. NO ONE acknowledged me when I came in the door! After standing there until 2:15...I was finally asked, or told..."we'll be with you soon!" I told them I had an appointment for 2pm! The young man asked another person to help me and he said he would be finished with the previous people in "3min". I waited until 2:35 and STILL was not helped!!!! I LEFT!!! Will NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN!!!
My wife and I go back the store greeted by a long wait. After a few minutes we realized that were next to be helped, an employee acknowledged we were next as well. Then another woman walks in the store and gets helped before us taking one of the last phones in the store. She apparently knew the employees and got preferential treatment over us. Sufficed to say we were not able to get our phones that day. I will never be going back to this store again and I encourage others not to as well. You will be greeted by no one upon entering a freeforall circus in hopes of being helped by anyone and should you be helped they will try and fleece you out of your money with unnecessary add-on items. Avoid at all costs!
Recently went their to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Luckily they had a few in stock, so my wife and I were about to upgrade. Then they notified us we needed the protection plan in order to purchase this new phone. This is something we never get as we take care of our phones. We left the store and contacted Sprint customer service. They informed us that this is something that Sprint does not authorize their retailers to do. After speaking with the representative, she said to go in buy the phones and she would remove the protection plan immediately.
Poor customer service. One person on the weekend, when its busy and four on the weekday when its not so busy. The employee didn't divulge all charges such as a return fee that was clearly on the document three pages above where he told me to sign. Asked him repeatedly what my next month bill would be but didn't mention a charge, which is why I returned it. Sprint said to go back and their will be no fees. Manager made me pay a restocking fee, then told a customer while I was there, "Oh don't worry we won't charge you a restocking fee, if you don't like the color" Seems like they cater to certain people there.

WORSE SERVICE OF MY LIFE! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could! I get dropped calls, people can't hear me when I call them, it blocked my family on my phone automatically , freezes and my touch screen won't work from time to time. Sprint sent me a "new phone" they say, and when I opened the box it said "Temperature, needs to cool down!" I left that new phone in my house for THREE DAYS and STILL said there was a temperature problem. CANCELING MY SERVICE IMMEDIATELY! I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone ! TERRIBLE !
