Expect to sit here for atleast an hr after your appointment time. Waiting in the waiting room isn't even the worse if it. Once they put you in a back room. You wait even longer. I'm actually writing this from the room right now. My appointment was almost an hr ago. And still haven't seen the Dr. Plus, they don't do their job. I was here back in Nov asked for a full blood work up. Found out they only did part of it. Do yourself a favor. Find a different Dr !!!!!
Sandy is a gem but the reception desk is absolutely horrible. I missed a call while at work and have been trying to get someone on the phone for an hour. Completely unacceptable, especially when you're waiting on important results. I've left messages prior to this incident and never received a call back. The office is a mess.
If you have an appointment here make sure you give your self 2 plus hours. They book way to many people. It is awful
Absolutely worthless customer service, no regard for patient needs and not a single even remotely friendly human being can be contacted here by phone or seen in person.
I had a 12:00 appointment ...its 1:10 and I'm still not seen. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
