The manager, Bill, and all the mechanics are a great bunch of people. They've helped me out so much over the years. I tell everybody I know to go see these guys.
These service people are top notch and work great with the customers and help us get what we need done at a fair price. Thank you Chris for your compassion and help with seniors on a restricted income, getting what they need done without breaking the bank.
Fixed a flat on short notice. They easily could have upsold me a tire but were honest and just fixed the tire.
We have been using Firestone for years with several of our cars and have always been very happy with them, however this was our first time at this location and were not happy at all. Brought our old honda element in and was told it needed a new alternator which we got and paid over 500.00. The very next day we had to take it back and was then told we needed a new transmission. I spoke to the manager to see if we could get any type of credit for the 500.00 we just spent and he said there was nothing he could do but he would check with his boss and get back to us which has not happened. Guess we will be taking all of our business elsewhere.
Last minute decision to get my rear struts changed, called, Chris ordered the parts, had the car done in a very short period of time. Very professional staff, would highly recommend. Thanks again guys!!
