Very friendly, talked me out of doing unnecessary repairs the dealer recommended and did the same repairs the dealer quoted for two thirds the price without me telling them how much I was quoted. Generally pretty fast service
After doing some major research I brought my 2002 Ford Mustang to Mike's to have a new clutch installed. I am very happy that I did. Mike demonstrated excellent customer service, mechanic ability, honesty and integrity, and reasonable prices. He is quick too and does not beat around the bush. Very nice man.
