Car not delivered when promised, and when "done" color did not match, parts misaligned, bulbs not working. Shoddy work. Don't let the nice guy Tom fool you, behind the front desk is a disaster that will waste your time.
Had my son's car fixed here and was very happy with the service and pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the work.. The service manager Tom was very helpful in explaining the how, what and why of the service... The work was a day late in completion but not a serious issue for me
Only got one star because I have no choice but to select at least one. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never come back to this place or recommend Maaco to anyone...the guy George was a complete a****** from the start. When I came to pick up my door it did not match my car in ANYWAY! Then tried to say I came there and said I told them "I didn't care what shade it was".... why would I pay money to get my door painted if I didn't care what shade it was obviously I want it to match my car. THEN had his other associate Tom or whatever his name is proceed and say that he was the one who worked with me when in fact he was not I only spoke to GEORGE each time. After this whole blow out of my car not matching 3 days later he tells me he will redo it to make it match (which he should have done in the first place). When I came to pick it up for the second time now, they sanded my silver molding around the windows so it is all scratched up and they taped the car all f**** up and some parts of my door aren't even painted because the tape was covering it!!!! The guy George had no care and was still a complete as***** and expected me to kiss the ground he walks on and thank him for ruining my car even more. DO NOT COME HERE BY ANY MEANS!
